This luxury penthouse features 270° views of the Victoria Harbour and a massive wrap-around patio. At 914 square feet, this is the largest suite in the Janion.

Features a master king bed, ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms, a superautomatic espresso machine, a 65" Smart TV and communal gym access.

Great for professionals looking for an extended stay downtown, newlyweds and vacationers.

PLEASE NOTE
No parties will be tolerated at this unit. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. This unit is in an apartment building and the neighbours must be respected. Quiet time will be strictly enforced after 10pm in accordance with Victoria bylaws.

If you are planning on having a party here, please look elsewhere. It will not get far as the host is very close by and there are security systems in place. If you would like to have a reasonable gathering in this unit (eg. baby shower, birthday dinner), please ask before booking and we can discuss this on a case by case basis.

Great location with beautiful views

The penthouses is fashionably furnished with practical and easy to use items. Very clean and well maintained. Location turned out to be perfect for what we wanted to do. The views from the large windows is stunning. We will be back.

Excellent location and views

We hosted some friends from Quebec for a weekend in Victoria and absolutely loved the Janion penthouse. Outstanding views, the perfect location, comfortable beds and very clean. Nice bonus to be able to park our car underground during our stay as well. Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. It has amazing sunset view. Right on the harbor and close to everything. Bring your walking shoes to explore. Owner very accommodating and helpful.
